The Five Crucial Elements

The following is a list of five crucial elements to recovery by Victor B. Cline, PHD

  1. Create a safe environment: Eliminate ease of access to porn
  2. Affiliate with a 12 step support group: Join a S.A. (Sexaholics Anonymous) group
  3. Seek support and counsel of your religious leader: They provide spiritual support and insights
  4. Professional Counselor: You need a skilled professional counselor experienced in treating sexual/porn addicts
  5. If married get marriage counseling: Wives and children are wounded and need help
